sims 4 world not loading

I got the game on November 21 and never had any problems with the game until a couple days ago. I'm pretty sure that because I installed the Holiday pack for sims 4 it's doing this. I've tried, restarting my computer, uninstalling origin and reinstalling origin, uninstalling the sims 4 and reinstalling it and also reloaded my games on origin. MyPIk6.
